Es un barrio histórico, pero al mismo tiempo muy vivo, donde conviven familias, jóvenes profesionales y muchos estudiantes universitarios.
Triana destaca por su ambiente cercano, sus calles con comercios de toda la vida, mercados, bares y zonas tranquilas para el día a día. A nivel de ubicación, es uno de los barrios mejor situados: puedes llegar caminando al centro histórico en pocos minutos y está perfectamente conectado con transporte público al resto de la ciudad.
