The whole process will be online and, therefore, we make sure that the apartments you see on our website will be the same as the ones you find when you open the door for the first time. This way, you will be able to visit it thousands of times thanks to the photos and videos that we provide, it will be like being inside!
Book your apartment by creating a profile on our website
Ok, you already have it? Well, now you have the easiest part: booking it. At the time of booking you will have to make two payments: the first month of your rent + our commission for: Formalities and management. You can consult it in more detail in our FAQ section.
Remember:
- Make an attractive description as this is what the owner will know about you.
- Read well the conditions of the apartment
You already have your apartment!
The owner will have 48h to accept you.
We will put you in contact with the owner so that you can agree on the date of arrival, the collection of keys and the documentation previously indicated in the booking conditions.
At the moment of the signature, you will have to pay the deposit of the apartment to the owner. In total there are three payments. The first month plus the reservation fee and the last one.
From the moment you enter the house, your point of contact will be the owner. Of course, we will be at your disposal at all times in case there is any communication problem between both parties.
