How do I know I have a reservation for my property?
- At each step of the process you will receive an email notifying you that it is happening. When a tenant books your property, you will instantly have their profile and that of their roommates in your email. This will make it easier for you to know who wants to stay in your property and if they fit the profile you are looking for. You will have 24 hours to decide whether or not to accept the reservation. If you do not respond, it will be automatically denied. In any case, you can contact us at any time if you have any doubts.
How and when do I contact my future tenant?
- At the moment you accept the reservation, you will receive an email with all their details. You will be able to get in touch as you prefer. In this way you will be able to specify the day of the contract signing and key handover.
What payments are made during the process?
- The tenant pays the first month's rent and our service in order to reserve your home, you will receive the first month's payment once the lease contract is signed within 72 hours.
- The LIVE4LIFE service will be subtracted from this first month's payment. This charge is only equivalent to 3% of the total rent of your property. Once the tenants sign the contract, you will receive the first month's rent. The deposit will be paid by the tenants within 72 hours after signing the contract.
Can I only advertise in Live4life?
- You don't have to. We are the tool to make the whole rental process easier for you. But you can post your ad wherever you want. The only thing we need is that the property data is up to date so that there is no confusion.
How do I accept my future tenants?
- You will receive an email with the reservation request and all the characteristics of their profiles. In that same email you will have two options, 'Accept' or 'Suggest changes'.
- If you click 'Accept' you will automatically have new tenants and you will receive the necessary data to contact them. On the other hand, if you click 'Suggest changes' within 24 hours a member of our team will contact you. This way, if you like the profile but, for example, the dates do not fit what you were looking for, we can talk to the tenant.
- Please read all the information in the profile very well so that there is no doubt that it is the profile you are looking for.
Does Live4life intervene if there is a problem with the tenant?
- If there is any incident regarding a reservation you have accepted, or a tenant who has moved into a property, you can contact us immediately via email or phone. We will do our best to solve it and help you.
What do I do if a tenant decides to leave early?
- Don't worry, let us know and we will help you find others as soon as possible so that your property never remains empty.
If I have accepted a reservation, can I cancel it?
- Yes, you can cancel it after you have accepted it. But we would appreciate it if you do it as soon as possible so that we can find a solution for the tenant.
How will I receive the monthly payments?
- Once you have signed the contract with the tenant, you will be the one who decides how to receive the rest of the monthly payments. Live4life is not responsible for providing monthly payments beyond the one specified on the web, the first month's rent, which was transferred by the tenant when booking the property.

How do I access the owner's panel?
- When you register on the website you will receive an email inviting you to accept your application. Once accepted, you will have to fill in your profile to have direct access to your panel. There you will be able to upload your apartments, modify them, and access all your data and information.
- Remember to fill in all your data to be able to access the panel. Until your profile is complete, you will not have access to it. In this way you will have all the data related to the apartment registered there. Either the information of your apartments or everything related to the reservations.
- If, in any case, you cannot access your Owner Panel, try to reset your password in the 'I forgot my password' button. If you still can't access, please contact us so that we can handle the error.
How long will it take to rent my apartment?
- It is not exact. The period will vary depending on your conditions, the type of property and the time of the year.
- Live4life is a platform for your property to be rented as soon as possible. Through it you will get a high degree of visibility as we are present in all social networks of our future tenants.
- We offer a very careful customer service so that there is no problem and tenants feel as comfortable as possible when booking your property. This favors that no month remains empty and you can cover the maximum number of months rented.
When will my ad be visible?
- After your registration, one of our colleagues will contact you to verify all the data. Within 24 hours your property will be visible to all our clients. At that time you will receive an email so that you can check the data. If you find any errors, please contact us and we will modify it immediately.
Do I control who rents my property?
- Of course, you will always have the last word. In the characteristics you can describe what type of tenant you are looking for so that there are no mistakes and they are aware of whether their profile fits the one you are looking for. Anyway, once they reserve your property, you will receive an email with the tenant's profile and you can decide whether to accept it or not.
Why is my ad still visible if I have rented it?
- Even though your property is rented, we don't want it to be vacant for any month. If a tenant is looking for a property of your characteristics in the period of time when your current tenants are leaving, they will be able to reserve it! This way, once some of them leave, the others will be able to move in. This is why it is very important that you have all your property data updated. In order to make this process much faster and more accurate.
Will I have to show my property to all the tenants?
- No. In fact, if you rent through Live4life you will not have to show the property even once. All our service is online, which will allow you to carry out all the procedures remotely and without having to worry about showing the property. Through our website, tenants will be able to visit it thousands of times.
Will I be able to modify my property details at any time?
