Our selection process:
You will first have to undergo a series of interviews and pass a series of relational skills tests.
1. Express telephone interview. A call of less than 15 minutes, which serves as a first contact and mutual acquaintance.
2. Personal interview. We want to get to know you better, we are interested in you.
3. Psychological test. An exercise of self-knowledge and profile delineation, whether you follow it or not, we will always give you feedback on the results!
4. Technical interview. Now it's time for you to show what you know. Ready?
